How to make
Wash and dry the pears. Cut them in half lengthwise and carve the seeds out.
Put a spoonful of honey in the middle of each hole and sprinkle it with walnuts (hazelnuts) and cinnamon. Pour a little water into the baking pan and arrange the pears.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 20 minutes. Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
