  • garlic - 6 cloves

How to make

Finely chop the garlic and fry it lightly in olive oil.

Add the canned tomatoes and other spices.

Stir, reduce the heat and simmer until it thickens.

The end result is a very fragrant and spicy tomato sauce in which I poach the eggs before serving.
