How to make
Boil a tomato sauce from the finely chopped tomatoes, onions, bay leaf and black pepper.
Once the sauce thickens a bit, add the fish fillets and leave them for 5 min. to cook. Flip them over and cook another 5 min.
Take out the fish and distribute it into serving plates. Strain the sauce through a strainer, mix it with the butter and pour it over the fillets.
