Ingredients

  • hake fillet - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • tomatoes - 4.4 lb (2 kg)
  • salt
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • parsley
  • flour
  • oil

How to make

Salt and roll the hake in flour. Heat some oil and fry the fish on both sides and take it out.

Peel the tomatoes and finely chop them. Put them in the same fat in which you fried the fish.

Add salt, chopped parsley and garlic.

Fry on low heat, until the water evaporates.

Place the fish back into the tomato sauce and leave it to simmer for five minutes.

Serve the steamed fish while it's warm.

The hake in tomato sauce is very tasty.
