How to make
Take a large sheet of aluminum foil, lightly grease it and arrange tomato slices on it.
On top of the tomatoes, put the cleaned and salted carp, filled with onion slices, lemon slices, chopped parsley and chopped garlic.
Coat the top side of the carp with tomato paste on the inside, top with some oil and sew it closed. Wrap the carp well in foil and press the edges well. Put it to bake in the oven or on the grill for about 20-30 minutes.
