  • carp - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • onions - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • walnuts - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • flour - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • butter - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

Thoroughly wash and clean the carp. Prepare a stuffing of finely chopped and fried onion, to which you add the chopped walnuts, parsley, salt and pepper. Make a dough from the sifted flour, mixed with salt and some cool water.

Leave it to sit for a bit and prepare a sheet from it. Grease it, and put the carp on top of it, which has also been greased. Fold the sheet into the shape of the fish.

Shape the mouth, tail, fins. Brush thus prepared fish pastry crust with oil and bake. Serve warm.
