How to make
Cast iron skillet;
The cleaned mushrooms should be around 9 oz (250 g).
The mushrooms are peeled.
In a pan, heat a spoonful of olive oil at a moderate temperature, add sliced mushrooms and crushed garlic. Mix several times until the water has evaporated. Season with salt to taste and pepper.
Remove from the heat and add lemon juice, stir.
Cut the avocado into quarters, peel and cut into small cubes.
Drizzle drops of aromatic olive oil on each baked slice, arrange the mushroom cubes and place the avocado cubes on top.
Sprinkle the bruschettas with a trickle of olive oil and spices of your choice.
