How to make
In a suitable bowl for blending, mix the cottage cheese, yoghurt, salt, garlic and dill (the leaves only). Blend until you get a smooth mixture.
Depending on the desired density, you can add either cottage cheese or milk and blend it until it acquires the desired consistency.
When you reach the desired density, add the olive oil and lemon juice.
Mix well and serve in a sauce boat and garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley or dill.
