How to make
The spaghetti is cooked according to the instructions on the package.
The chicken is cut into small pieces or juliennes.
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil and fry the chicken until it is golden brown and then remove it from the heat.
In the same pan, fry the pre-cut garlic, ginger and hot peppers for a short while.
Then the cabbage, carrots, peppers and chicken are added.
Leave it for 1-2 minutes, then add the tomato puree, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
Leave it thicken for about 1 minute.
Add the strained pasta and fry the fried spaghetti with chicken and vegetables for 1 more minute, add the black pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
