Ingredients

  • chicken breasts - 3.5 oz (100 g) (or boneless shoulder)
  • spaghetti - 8.8 oz (250 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • tomato puree - 7 oz (200 g)
  • salt
  • parsley - 5 stalks
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp.
  • yellow cheese - 2.8 oz (80 g) (mature)
  • basil - 2 pinches (dried)

How to make

Bake the chicken breasts in a greased pan or you can also boil them. Finely chop the parsley and garlic.

Fry the tomato puree in olive oil, add parsley, salt, basil and 2 tbsp. of garlic. Cook the pasta sauce over low heat.

Boil the spaghetti - al dente. Add them to the sauce. Season them with a little more basil and salt.

Add a little of the boiled water and increase the heat, so that it can evaporate and that way the sauce will become thicker. Add the chicken.

Prepare two plates, in which you will distribute the spaghetti with chicken. Sprinkle them with grated yellow cheese.

The spaghetti with chicken and tomatoes are ready!
