Cut 3 of the lemons into thin slices, grate the rind of the 4th and squeeze out its juice.
Using a sharp knife, make pockets in the chicken breasts. Stuff each pocket with lemon slices, oregano, black pepper and salt. Heat a grill pan.
Place the chicken breasts between 2 lemon slices and a bunch of oregano, then bake 8-10 min. on each side.
In the meantime, boil the spaghetti. Serve them with the baked chicken breasts, sprinkled with parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper and salt.
