How to make
Boil the pasta with a little salt and drops of olive oil. Grate the zucchini, cut the peppers and onions. Heat the olive oil in a deep pan and fry the onion, then subsequently the peppers and zucchini.
Once tender, add the cream and season it with salt and crushed cloves to taste. Once the sauce boils, remove it from the heat. Distribute it in deep plates, place spaghetti on the top.
Sprinkle with pieces of cherry tomatoes and mozzarella and serve with a sprig of fresh basil.
