Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • mozzarella - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • tomatoes - 2
  • salt
  • basil - fresh and dry
  • FOR THE SAUCE
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • jam - 1 tsp blueberry or other dark and sour
  • balsamic vinegar - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • olive oil - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • mustard - 1 tsp

How to make

Boil the spaghetti according to the package's directions and drain it. At the same time, put a casserole on the stove with the wine to boil and wait until it is reduced.

Then, using a whisk, add and stir in a pinch of sugar and salt, a spoon of jam, balsamic vinegar, mustard and olive oil to it. In a moment, remove the sauce and add pepper to taste. Mix spaghetti into the prepared sauce.

Serve a plate of spaghetti, add diced mozzarella and tomato slices. Sprinkle it with fresh or dried basil and serve the spaghetti with mozzarella.
