How to make
In a pan put the chicken, which we cut into cubes, to lightly fry and then add the frozen vegetables (I used an Irish mix of green beans, mushrooms, peas, red peppers, carrots, potatoes).
You can use others to your liking.
Season with spices.
When the vegetables and chicken are ready, add the eggs, stirring until they are fried.
A quick breakfast.
