"We love calzone - its something like a kinder surprise, but for adults - pizza, delight and a delicious surprise"

Ingredients

  • dry yeast - 1 packet
  • lukewarm water - 200 ml
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • pickles - 1 pc.
  • corn flour - 5 tbsp.
  • white flour - 4 cups
  • for the stuffing
  • tomato chutney - 8 tsp
  • beef salami - 100 g
  • yellow cheese - 100 g
  • yolks - 1 pc. for spreading
  • seeds - 1 tbsp. for sprinkling

How to make

In lukewarm water mix the yeast with the sugar and 3 tbsp. white flour. Allow it to rise and pour in the middle the two types of mixed flour.

Beat the egg, add the oil, salt and knead a soft and non-stick dough. Leave it to rise in the heat for 30 minutes.

It is then divided into 8 parts. Each is shaped with your hands into a loaf the size of a small plate, spread tomato chutney on top, place a piece of yellow cheese, a slice of pickle and a piece of sausage.

Cover with one half of the dough and press the edges. Spread the beaten egg yolk on top, sprinkle with seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170 degrees) for 25-30 minutes.
