How to make
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Knead a soft dough with the yeast, flour, sugar and salt. Set aside to rise.
Combine the two cheeses, add some oil and black pepper. Divide the dough into two portions, roll them out.
Distribute the topping over one part and place the other part on top. Pinch the edges of both parts with your fingers to close the calzone.
Smear the pizza with oil and bake in a preheated oven until ready.
