How to make
In small bowl, mix the yeast, sugar, salt, 2/5 cup (100 ml) hot water with the flour and let it become effervescent.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling: one is with the marmalade, the other – with crumbled feta cheese.
For the calzone, make a filling of finely chopped Vienna sausage, pickles, cheese and savory, mix well, and put about 2 tablespoons of stuffing per scone. This makes it a calzone.
The dough mixture is now ready, pour it into a large bowl with the flour, where you will knead it. Add 1 cup (250 ml) warm milk, 1 cup (250 ml) hot water and 2/3 cup (150 ml) oil, then knead a soft dough. The dough absorbs about 2.5 lb (1.2 kg) - 3 lb (1.4 kg) of flour.
Divide it into 8 balls, roll each one out into a sheet. Cut each sheet into 6 or 8 pieces - depending on the size. Put stuffing as desired in the wide part. Twist the scones and bake until browned.
These ingredients are enough for about 60 scones.
