How to make
Mix the first 4 products together in a bowl with some flour, so as to obtain a porridge-like mix. Allow it to rise. Pour it into a large bowl with the sifted flour and add the warm milk, water and oil. Knead a soft dough and let it rest. Then divide it into 8 balls.
Roll out each ball and divide it into 6-8 triangles (like cutting a big pizza). Brush the triangles with butter. At the wide end, sprinkle them with grated chocolate and roll up into scones, gently squeezing the ends, so the chocolate doesn't leak out during baking. Arrange the chocolate scones in a greased or laid out with baking paper tray.
It is better to let them rise, but while preparing, they rise by themselves anyway. Smear the scones with an egg whisked with a little water and put them to bake in a moderate oven until ready (about 20 minutes).
