How to make
Mix the yeast with the milk and a spoon of powdered sugar, then add the egg yolks and oil, knead a soft dough. Divide the dough into 5 balls. Roll out each ball to the thickness of a shallow dish and cut into 8 triangles with a knife.
Put a stuffing made from the beaten to snow egg whites with powdered sugar with chopped walnuts and cinnamon in each. Roll up the scones and bake.
After removing, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar if desired.
