How to make
Dilute the yeast in the heated milk. Add the eggs, sugar, salt and butter.
Add the flour and begin kneading. The dough needs to be soft and stretchy.
Leave it in a warm area to rise.
Roll out the risen dough and cut out triangles.
Put 1 tbsp of prune marmalade in each triangle, or other jam if you like.
Roll them up into scones, smear with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
Arrange them in a greased tray. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven.
