Ingredients

  • chickpeas - 200 g, canned and drained
  • tuna - 100 g, canned
  • cucumbers - 1
  • tomatoes - 1
  • lemons - 1, juice
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • green onions - 2 - 3 stalks
  • parsley - for garnish
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Rinse and chop up the vegetables.

In a salad bowl mix up the drained chickpeas and chopped vegetables. Mix up well.

Garnish with the fresh herbs, lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Serve chilled.
