Ingredients

  • couscous - 7 oz (200 g)
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • cucumber - 1/2 pc.
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • tuna - 1 tin
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • olive oil
  • parsley

How to make

Place the couscous in a saucepan with 2 cups of boiling salted water. Boil until it absorbs all the water, while occasionally tirring.

After that, remove it from the heat and cover tightly with a lid. It is then left to cool like that.

During this time, peel the cucumber and dice it.

The tomatoes are washed and also diced.

In a bowl, mix the chilled couscous, cucumbers, tomatoes, tuna and finely chopped parsley.

The salad is seasoned with salt, black pepper, olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon from half a lemon. Serve chilled with lemon slices.
