- horseradish - 1 tsp grated
- worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- celery - 1 - 2 leaves
- garlic - 1/4 tsp granulated
- salt
- white pepper

Put all the products for the Creole sauce in a blender and blend them until you get a homogeneous mixture.
