  • chicken livers - 17.6 oz (500 g) or pork
  • tomatoes - 1 sterilized jar, or fresh
  • olives - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • leeks - 1 sprig
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • oil - 3 tbsp

How to make

Arrange the chopped livers in a pan with a lid. Add the pitted olives. Stew tomatoes and leeks in oil.

When leeks are tender and the tomatoes start to evaporate, inundate the livers and bake in a moderate oven.

For more flavor, i add a few tablespoons of wine.
