  • onions - 1 onion
  • olives - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • dried tomatoes - 0.4 oz (10 g)

How to make

The mussels are cleaned and washed. Boil them in boiling water for about 6-7 minutes. Remove the mussels from the shells and they are ready for consumption.

Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips and the onion into crescents.

In a deep bowl, mix the mussels, tomatoes, olives, onions and spices.

The salad is even tastier, if it is left for a few hours, so that the mussels can absorb the flavors of the other products!
