  • potatoes - 3.3 lb (1.5 kg) of fresh young
  • cooking oil
  • lovage - 2 - 3 sprigs
  • paprika
  • black pepper

How to make

In greased casseroles put sliced servings of meat, pre-seasoned with salt and pepper. Pour a cup of water and bake for about an hour and a half.

Add whole salted potatoes, chopped carrots and lovage. Top up with a little water and sprinkle with oil. Bake for 30 minutes.
