Ingredients

  • peppers - 2 lb (1 kg) green and red
  • tomatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • garlic
  • salt
  • parsley
  • oil

How to make

The peppers are roasted and peeled. The tomatoes are grated and boiled with oil and salt.

Add the peppers. Boil everything for 5 minutes.

Pour the ready peppers with tomato sauce into a large oven dish, sprinkle with garlic and parsley.
