How to make
Cut the tomatoes and garlic finely. Put oil in a pot and heat it up, add the garlic and braise for a few seconds to release its aroma.
Add the canned tomatoes and chopped tomatoes into the pot, salt them, add the black pepper and stir.
Put the lid on and saute until the excess liquid evaporates. Once the sauce begins to thicken, add the paprika and thyme, stir and cook 5 min.
Take the peppers out of the jar, put them in the sauce and stir. Just let them heat up and take in the aroma.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with baked toast.
