Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg) boiled
  • carrots - 1 large, boiled
  • eggs - 2, boiled
  • pickles - 3
  • ham - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g) grated
  • sauce
  • mayonnaise - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • yoghurt - 3 tablespoons, thick
  • salt - to taste
  • garnishing
  • olives
  • dill
  • eggs - 1, for the piggy

How to make

Boil the potatoes and carrot, boil the eggs separately while leaving one whole to form the symbol for 2019 - the pig.
