How to make

First, make the meatballs. Knead the mince with the onions. To it add the bread and spices. Form small meatballs from the prepared mince. Make a small hole in the middle of each ball of mince, put a little processed cheese there.

Roll the prepared mini meatballs in the breadcrumbs. Then braise them in highly heated oil. After you've fried the mini meatballs, prepare the rest of the products for the appetizer. Dice the cheese, smoked meat, lard salami and cucumber finely. Cut the cabbage head in 2.

Wrap 1 half of the cabbage head well in foil. Transfer it to a suitable plate or platter. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them. Then stick pieces of cucumber, lard salami, smoked meat, olives onto plastic skewers. Arrange in the order you'd like.

Stick mini meatballs on as well. Once you're prepared the skewers, grab leaves of lettuce and start arranging them along the wrapped cabbage. First, stick the plastic skewers at the end of each lettuce leaf, in order to wrap the entire cabbage in lettuce. Stick the remaining skewers wherever there are any free spots.
