How to make
The biscuits are crushed and grinded. The almonds are grinded along with the candied fruit. Mix with the biscuits and add the mascarpone little by little. Cones are formed.
A stick is inserted into the middle of the base of each cone. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Spread the chocolate over the cones. Each cone is dipped in a mixture of sugar balls and crushed pistachios.
Stick the sticks into a bowl full of sugar. Leave them to dry at room temperature.
