How to make
Brush the bottom and sides of a pan with a lid with butter. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices with a thickness of 1-2 mm. Season them with salt, pressed garlic, thyme, black pepper and begin to arrange them like tiles in the dish.
Between the individual lines, sprinkle crumbled feta and a little grated gruyere. Beat the eggs with milk and pour them over the potatoes. Shake the dish gently. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese, put the lid on and place the dish to bake in a preheated oven.
Bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 50 minutes.
