How to make
Cut the pork into pieces. Cut the onion into slices, in a way suitable for string on skewers. Cut the figs in half.
Soak the figs and meat in marinade made from orange juice, soya sauce, sherry, water, crushed garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Allow to flavor in a bowl with a lid for 1 hour by periodically shuffling the bowl.
Then make by alternating meat, onions, figs. Grill the lightly greased skewers evenly.
