How to make
Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients for it. Cut the meat into pieces for skewers and place them in the marinade. Leave for at least 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
Clean and cut all the vegetables coarsely. Prepare skewers, alternate the meat with peppers, onions or a mushroom on each. Roast them on coals, barbecue or a grill evenly on all sides.
