Beef can be used to make soups - as in boiled beef, but you can also prepare a main course by baking it in the oven for example. If you want it to be more tender, place it in a marinade for a few hours.
Mix 4 tablespoons of soya sauce, 2 cups of honey, 1 cup red wine, 1/2 cup water, a little ground black pepper and if desired, some other spice such as bay leaf.
Cut the meat into pieces and let it stay in the marinade for 3 - 4 hours. Then begin cooking it - you can pour the marinade in the oven dish for cooking - this way the meat will become even more flavorful.
Kapama is a tasty and appetizing beef dish. To make the you will need not only the meat but also a few onion heads, plenty of garlic, bay leaf, 1 cup white wine, salt, black pepper peppercorns.
Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and place in a pre-greased container with a lid, arrange the slices of onion and garlic cloves on top, as well as all of the spices.
Then pour in the wine and the same amount of water. Close with the lid and bake for around 2 hours in a moderate oven. Then serve with plain mashed potatoes - the meat will be plenty flavorful for you to make any kind of complex garnish.
Our last proposal is for beef with eggplants. In order for the dish to turn out delicious, it must be made in an earthen container.
Eggplants with beef
Ingredients: 17.5 oz of beef, 3 - 4 eggplants, 1 cup of rice, allspice, black pepper, salt, oil, garlic.
Preparation: Cut the meat into pieces and put them to boil along with a grain of allspice. Meanwhile, cut the eggplants into thick slices, drain out the bitter juice and bake. Once baked, cut the slices into juliennes. In a separate container, place the cup of rice with a little salt and water and boil until almost cooked.
Put the oil, meat, rice, eggplants, spices and garlic in the earthenware container. Keep stacking in that order until you run out of products. Put the lid on and bake in a moderate oven. If you prefer, you can fry the eggplants instead of baking them, but the dish will end up a little heavy on the stomach since there is both rice and meat in it.
