How to make
Put 1 tablespoon of oil in every earthenware pot. Cut the onions into crescents or chop them finely. Cut the meat into small chunks, dice the potatoes, and chop the carrots finely – like for a soup.
Put the tomatoes in a bowl and add all the spices. Add 1 ladle of tomatoes/spices into every pot. Bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, at 390°F (200 °C).
Once they are ready, break 1 egg over each pot, add a little cheese and return to the turned off oven for about 10 minutes.
