Kids love to not only eat delicious cakes, but also to assist in their preparation. Easy cakes can be made by the children themselves, parents should only help by observing the pastry cooking and bake cakes.
Easy cake is made with cottage cheese and chocolate.
Ingredients: 500 g cheese, 75 g butter, 50 g chocolate, 2 teaspoons gelatin, and a half cup of liquid cream, 125 g chocolate biscuits, a quarter cup of sugar.
In a small pan put nylon or transparent household foil. The biscuits are broken up and mixed with oil and grated chocolate.

Ingredients: 500 g puff pastry, 125 grams of butter, half a cup of sugar, 3 eggs, 150 g ground walnuts 1 tablespoon flour.
The oil softens and breaks up to white, add eggs and nuts, and then the flour. Everything is mixed. The dough is divided into two parts, one being larger than the other.
Both parts are rolled into circles, but not very thin. The large circle is put on paper for baking, which is laid in the tray.
Distribute the filling, leaving a free edge with a width of about 2 cm. Cover with the rest of the dough prick slightly at several locations with a fork, but do not entirely pierce the dough.
The ends are pressed and leave the cake in a refrigerator for 20 minutes. Bake at 200 ° C half an hour.
