Beat the egg and butter into a soft, fluffy cream. Gradually add the sifted flour and honey. Finally, flavor it with vanilla.
Form a smooth dough and wrap in foil. Place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll out the dough to the desired thickness of the biscuits and cut shapes out that are most loved by your children.
Arrange them on a tray with baking paper and bake in a 360°F (180 °C) oven for 15 minutes or until slightly golden at the edges.
In the dough, you can put in your children’s favorite flavors - a little cocoa, grated orange peel, cinnamon, etc.
