Ingredients: 2 egg yolks, 150 g butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, 150 years of chocolate, 2 powders vanilla, 3 tablespoons of walnuts /hazelnuts or almonds/.
Method: In a suitable container with a mixer, beat the butter, to which you have added sugar. Then add the egg yolks and keep stirring. You should get a thick snow. Decoration for a Cake from puff pastry sugar
Ingredients: 500 g powdered sugar, 150 g flour, 70 g butter, 150 ml. water.
Preparation: Put water on the stove and add oil to it. Once the butter is melted, remove it from the heat and add flour. Stir the mixture with a spoon until the dough begins to separate from the walls. Mixing should be done vigorously. Wait for a while as it gets cooled and knead the dough again, then add the powdered sugar. If you wish, you can paint it in different colors with cake paint. This dough is cut in different pieces that can be used to decorate your cake. It can be made into a thin crust, which can cover the entire surface of the cake.
