How to make
Wash the oranges very well and rub them with soap. Wash them with hot water.
Cut the oranges peels, by avoiding the white parts. Then cut them into small squares.
Wash and dry a jar very well. Start arranging by alternating a row of peels and a row of white sugar.
When you reach the end, press with a spoon to let the air out. Fill it up and finish it off with sugar. Cover it with a lid and store it in the refrigerator.
Use the candied peels for different cakes of your choice.
