This easy chocolate cake will become a favorite of your whole family. The products you need for it are 4/5 cup of butter, 4 tablespoons of cocoa, a cup and a half of sugar, half a cup of milk, 2 cups of flour, 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon baking powder, half a cup of raisins, vanilla, half a cup of walnuts or almonds.
Pour the milk in a pan, add cocoa, sugar, stir and place over low heat. When the sugar is dissolved, add the soft butter and let the mixture boil. Immediately remove it from the heat.
Cool the mixture. Meanwhile, mix the flour with the baking powder. In the cooled mixture, add the flour and eggs, stir, add the vanilla, raisins and nuts.
Mix well. Pour the dough into a greased with oil tray and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for one hour. The finished cake is cooled and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
"Chocolate bomb" biscuits are easily prepared and very tasty. You need 1 2/3 cups of sweetened condensed milk, 3.5 oz of chocolate, 10.5 oz soft biscuits, a little cocoa or grated chocolate for sprinkling.
At the bottom of an oven dish pour 1 tablespoon of water, pour in the milk in and add the chocolate. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly to thicken.
Crush the biscuits. Optionally, add chopped nuts. Pour the chocolate mixture into the biscuits, you can add 1 tablespoon of rum or cognac.

Oat chocolate biscuits are suitable for lovers of healthy food. You need 2/5 cup of butter, 2/5 cup of brown sugar, 1/3 cup of flour, 2/5 cup of oatmeal, 2 oz of chocolate, half a teaspoon of baking powder.
Whisk the butter and sugar. Mix the flour with baking powder. Add the flour to the butter, stir and add the oatmeal. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the dough.
Make balls the size of a chestnut and arrange them in a greased baking pan. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven. Bake for ten minutes, remove and cool.
