Method of preparation: Wash the green beans, cut off the ends, pour enough water to cover them and put them over heat. Boil for 20 minutes.

The processed cheese is grated, the garlic is finely chopped. Mix the flour in half a cup of the water in which the beans were boiled. The water from the beans is not strained.

Grated cheese, garlic and flour is added. Boil on low heat for about 2 minutes and add the spices.

Potatoes with peas are also a very tasty side dish for steaks.

Necessary products: 500 grams of small potatoes, half a cup of peas, 2 carrots, 1 tablespoon of flour, 100 milliliters of liquid cream, salt and black pepper to taste, 30 milliliters of oil, a pinch of nutmeg.

Method of preparation: The potatoes are peeled and cut into large pieces and boiled for 15 minutes in salted water. Fry the carrots cut into circles in heated oil for about 4 minutes. Add the peas and potatoes.

The flour is mixed with the salt, 50 milliliters of warm water is added and everything is added to the vegetable mixture. The spices are added and everything is stewed until the potatoes and carrots soften - about 10 minutes.
