How to make
Boil 2 cups (500 ml) water in a large pot. Put the steaming basket on top. If you don't have one, use a cooking grid or just a larger colander. Add the cleaned and finely chopped vegetables.
Put the lid on and let it cook on steam for 20-25 minutes. Serve the ready vegetables sprinkled with a little salt, pepper and olive oil.
If you want to have them even tastier, mix them with 1-2 tablespoons of oil while still warm.
