Ingredients

  • broccoli - 1
  • carrots - 2
  • vegetable cream - 1 pack
  • ginger - 1 tsp, powdered
  • turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • curry - 1/2 tsp
  • himalayan salt
  • olive oil
  • spices - to taste

How to make

Tear the broccoli into small florets. Peel the carrots and cut them into rings. Steam the vegetables for about 10 minutes until ready.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the spices to braise for 2-3 seconds, then add the cream. Stir. Add the vegetables.

Stir periodically and leave on low heat for about 10 minutes. You can add or substitute the vegetables with cauliflower.
