How to make
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 °C). Smear an 11 3/4″ (30 cm) diameter baking form with butter.
Arrange half the zucchini in a layer, lay on half the tomatoes on top.
Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and black pepper, half the garlic and basil/parsley. Arrange another layer of zucchini and tomatoes.
Sprinkle with the remaining garlic and parsley. Beat the egg with the cream and pour it over the veggies. Bake about 50-60 min. or until the veggies soften.
