Chicken meat has long been known for its dietary qualities and it is a good alternative for people who prefer lighter and less stressful foods.

Quick chicken dish
Ingredients: 1 chicken, 2 cups of rice, 1 cube of chicken broth, plain or cream cheese by taste, paprika, black pepper, savory herb and salt.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into portions (you can also debone it). Put it in a suitable tray and add the remaining ingredients. Bake in a high heated oven for about 30-40 minutes.
Chicken with pasta
Necessary products: 1 chicken, 1 onion, chopped peppers, 2 cups tomato juice, 7 oz (200 g) of pasta, a few lumps of butter, a little white cheese.
Preparation: Put the chicken in a suitable pan and add the onion, which is grated on a grater. Cut the peppers into strips and add them as well. Finally, add the tomato juice and pasta.
All this is poured with 1 cup of water and on top sprinkle with grated cheese and a few lumps of butter. The dish is baked in the oven for about 30-40 minutes and then it is served. A yoghurt garnish can be added.
Chicken with brussels sprouts
Ingredients: 0.9 oz (400 g) of brussels sprouts, 7 oz (200 g) of chicken, 3.5 oz (100 g) of sour cream, a few cloves of garlic, salt and black pepper by taste.
Preparation: Soak the brussels sprouts for 15 minutes in boiling salted water to soften. Cut the chicken into strips and fry it in preheated fat in which you put 1-2 cloves of garlic.
Once you've fried the chicken for a while, add the strained brussels sprouts and continue frying. Finally, add the sour cream and when it melts, you can remove the dish from the heat.
