There isn't a person (excluding vegetarians and vegans) whose mouth does not get full of saliva at the sight and smell of juicy, fragrant steaks. The preparation of steaks, which caress our senses with delicate aromas and our palate with a dense and rich taste, requires prior preparation.
Seasoning the steaks is almost as important as grilling or baking them.
In order to serve your guests a fragrant and delicious steak, you must first season the steaks. This can be done in two ways - by rubbing them with dry spices or by marinating them in various sauces and spices.
The steaks will become extremely fragrant if you season them with a mixture of salt, ground black pepper and crushed bay leaf a few hours before cooking them. Another dry flavoring mixture is prepared from cumin, thyme, oregano, tarragon, basil and rosemary and you can use one, all or often them. You can rub the steaks with garlic cloves as well.
Marinating the steaks in sauce gives them an in depth flavor and is preferred by the masters. The meat is marinated for several hours in a mixture of finely chopped onions, garlic, soy sauce and the juice of one lemon. You can soak them in a little soy sauce, olive oil and wine. Cognac, vodka, ketchup and honey also give off an excellent taste to the meat.
