For meat to be tasty and tender, it is very important to leave it for several hours in a marinade. The ingredients of the marinade contribute to deep flavor of the meat and its fragility.

Marinade with cognac is suitable for pork and beef . Mix 4 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tbsp cognac, pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Marinate two hours.

Beef skewers with marinade of red wine are great. Mix two heads sliced onions , 150 ml red wine , 4 tablespoons oil , 3 cloves garlic (cut into rings), 1 pinch of rosemary , 1 pinch of salt . Marinate for four hours.

Mustard marinade is suitable for meat without much fat. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon mustard , 4 tablespoons oil, 1 sliced onion. Marinate meat for 12 hours.

Marinade with white wine is suitable for lamb, it becomes even more tasty and tender. Mix 4 tablespoons of oil, 3 tablespoons dry white wine, 1 onion (finely chopped), 2 cloves fresh mint or mint leaves, 2 cloves garlic (mashed with a press), pinch of rosemary. Marinate meat for 18 hours.

Marinated Meat

Veal is delicious with a spicy marinade. Mix 4 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons cognac, 5 drops of spicy tomato sauce, a pinch of salt and pinch of pepper. Marinate meat for 12 hours.

Marinade for spare ribs is made of 3 tablespoons mustard, 2 tablespoons sugar , 6 tablespoons ketchup , a pinch of salt, cayenne pepper on the leaf, 3 drops of hot tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley. Ribs are marinated for 12 hours.

Gin and soy sauce marinade is suitable for oily meat. Mix 6 tablespoons soy sauce 4 tablespoons honey, 6 tablespoons ketchup, 100 ml oil, 2 tablespoons gin and a few drops of chili sauce. Marinate meat for 12 hours.
