Chicken meat is a favorite worldwide. It is one of the first things a new chef learns to prepare but it is also a good idea to learn how to marinate chicken meat.
This seasons it and makes it suitable for further treatment, plus the different marinades allow for storing it in closed jars for quite a long time, enabling use at any time. Here are a few ideas to help you marinate chicken meat:
Traditional Chicken Meat Marinade
Ingredients: 1 chicken, 2/5 cup oil, 3 onion heads, 1 bunch finely chopped parsley, 3-4 lemon slices, 2/5 cup vinegar, 1 bay leaf, 20 black pepper peppercorns, 1 cup water, salt to taste.
Preparation: Wash the chicken well and leave it to sit in a marinade, made from all of the other products, for 2 hours. Then boil it with the marinade and once ready, serve it with the sauce drained of the marinade poured over it.
Marinade for Chicken Meat Which Allows Preserving and Storing of the Meat for a Long Time
Ingredients: 4.5 lb chicken meat or 1 chicken, 2 2/3 tbsp salt, 1 1/3 tsp black pepper, 7 grains of allspice, 2 bay leaves, 4/5 cup vinegar, 2/3 cup oil.
Preparation: Cut the well washed and cleaned meat into large pieces and put it to boil. To the broth add the bay leaves, vinegar, black pepper, allspice and salt. Once everything is ready, leave it to cool.
Arrange the chicken meat into jars, pour the broth in which it boiled over it, then pour in some oil on top. Store the jars in a cool area.
Spicy Exotic Chicken Meat in Marinade
Ingredients: 17.5 oz chicken fillet, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 4 crushed garlic cloves, 3 tsp oil.
Preparation: Mix all of the spices excluding the oil in a large bowl and stir well. Place the chicken meat in the prepared marinade and leave it for 1 hour in the refrigerator, mixing the spices from time to time and pouring this over the meat. Then drain and fry on both sides in the oil.
