Oven-baked meatballs are a healthy and very tasty alternative to the beloved classic fried meatballs. Their preparation is very easy and even a person without culinary experience can handle this task.
After kneading the minced meat with egg, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs and spices, with greased hands, form the meatballs to the desired size. Then roll them in a mixture of flour and breadcrumbs and arrange them in a pre-greased pan.
If desired, you can cover the bottom of the selected tray with baking paper, because during the process itself, a lot of fat will be released and so cleaning will be easier.
The meatballs are baked in a preheated 360°F (180) - 390°F (200 degrees) oven or under a very hot grill until ready (about 30 minutes). Then you just take them out and place them onto a plate and serve them with a garnish of your choice.
